Maternity - Rachel
I was so excited when Rachel emailed me saying she wanted to go all out for her maternity photos. She travelled to see me in Wanaka, to get some outdoor mountain photos and some indoor studio. The day before the shoot arrived, and Wanaka was experiencing some really bad weather. The wind had been howling for days and I was not sure when it was going to stop. The forecast for our booked morning was strong winds and the forecast for the day after on our back up day was even worse; stronger winds and rain. Rachel was keen so we decided to go for it. I think the stormy weather made for some beautiful photos. Between crazy wind blown hair (see the photo where Rachel’s hair is blowing straight upwards lol) and one of my silks being blown everywhere we came up with some amazing photos. Thank you Rachel for being so awesome :-)
